• 9pm-midnight $60/hour
• We do not rent past midnight
• Rentals must include set up/decorating and clean up time

• Check the Calendar - is your date available?
• Fill out the reservation form.
• Send in your $60 refundable security deposit by check (preferred), money order, or cash.
• Until your deposit is received, your event IS NOT reserved.

• When your reservation is received, the calendar will show RENTAL PENDING.
• When your deposit is received, the calendar will show RENTAL.
• You will be contacted by email or phone/text to confirm. IMPORTANT: Confirmation may come from a 361 (Corpus Christi) area code.

• The building will be opened for you approximately 15 minutes before your rental time. You WILL NOT get a key.
• You will pay for the rental in full.
• Decorate / Have Fun / Clean Up / Lock Up
• If the building is left as described in your contract, you will receive your $60 deposit back within a few days. (If the deposit is paid by check, we will simply void the check.)
